Lift it up and let it go

When the Deradoorian EP Mind Raft dropped last year, I was thrilled. The voice-the big, thick, chocolate voice from the tiny little vanilla twig that is basically the only the interesting part of Dirty Projectors-finally taking 100% of the action resulted in an EP that was a lot weirder and that required a lot more than I anticipated, but that I ultimately loved enough...to not write about at all. 

But it was collection of large-voiced, intense dark-room moments, and now Hidden Cat has remixed "You Carry The Deed" into...well, into a big room gospel dance rave.
